Pearl D'Costa is an Audiologist based in Dubai, UAE. She started Transcend Audiology as an educational page on Instagram. She was also working in a hospital at the same time when she started noticing that most patients who were treated with hearing aids were dissatisfied with their devices. As a strong advocate of treating hearing loss at an early stage to mitigate its negative consequences, she realized the need for a hearing care center where the treatment will be entirely based on patient's needs. Her goal is to ensure that every patient who seeks hearing care from her walks out completely satisfied with their new technology.

Pearl D'Costa has worked as an audiologist for 14 years. Her initial two years of work experience was in India. She moved to Dubai in 2013 and has been working as an Audiologist in Dubai ever since. She has had the opportunity to work with diverse patients of all ages in some of the most reputed hospitals in Dubai.
